Chartered Director and Fellow Member of the Institute of Directors, Dr Maurizio Bragagni now exercises his roles according to the IoD Code of Professional Conduct. Maurizio is Chairman and CEO of Tratos Ltd, the manufacturing division of global cable maker Tratos Group, for which he has also served as a board member since 2000.
