Remembering Ottonel Popesco

The PEMA Association would like to remember our former President, Chairman, and friend, Ottonel Popesco, as today marks the 2-year anniversary of his passing.

Ottonel was passionate about PEMA and its goals and had headed up the Association since 2008. He dedicated much of his time and energy to building the association to the status it enjoys today, providing a personal and professional approach to everything.

Our thoughts are with Ottonel’s family, friends, and colleagues.
