PEMA Annual General Meeting 2025 – Gdańsk

The PEMA Annual General Meeting 2025 takes place on Tuesday 1st & Wednesday 2nd April in Gdańsk, Poland.

PEMA members and invited guests can expect a productive 2-day itinerary. The AGM will include member participation in panel discussions and technical committee meetings, an interesting port tour, insightful speakers sharing industry knowledge and networking dinners with members from all over the world. As part of AGM proceedings, the meeting will also include the election of PEMA board members.

Delegate Attendance

Members attending any PEMA event are permitted to bringing two delegates on behalf of their company. This number is extended with the opportunity to bring extra company representatives to the meeting if the company is sponsoring an event package, and the number of representatives varies on a case-by-case basis.
