25.06.2013 – Signing of a letter of intent by a major port player in Africa for a possible order regarding 50 ATT FULL ELEC

GAUSSIN Manugistique announces that a contract and a letter of intent have been signed (MOU: Memorandum of Understanding) during the TOC Container Supply Chain Europe in Rotterdam (June 2013, from 25th to 27th) where Gaussin Group is exhibiting in partnership with the CEA (the French Atomic Energy and Alternative Energy Commission).

Turkey: The agreement signed with AKANSEL, logistic and port operator based in Turkey, is dealing for 40 ATT FULL ELEC vehicles, which should be delivered as follow: 20 units during the 2nd half of 2014 and 20 units during the 1st half of 2015. This agreement also involves an optional order of intent regarding 60 additional vehicles.

Commenting about this signing, Volkan AKAN CEO declares « the new ATT and its FULL ELEC Power Pack will allow us to answer the increasing demand of port operators looking for vehicles designed to reduce CO2 emissions and noise pollution. This version of the vehicle will enable us, amongst other things, to limit the energy consumption.

Africa: The intent letter signed with a major port player in Africa is providing a potential order for 50 ATT FULL ELEC. Before this intent letter is likely to turn into a firm order, GAUSSIN MANUGISTIQUE is providing this operator for a 6 months test period (from September 2013 to February 2014) with an ATT demonstrator vehicle FULL ELEC version and a FULL ELEC POWERPACK as well.
