MAFI
MAFI is a leading manufacturer of in-plant transport systems for industrial solutions and in seaport terminals. Its product range covers tractors with diesel engines, electric motors or hybrid drive systems, automatic guided vehicles, rail cars and industrial trailers.
In the ports and terminals sector, MAFI supplies a wide range of terminal and ro-ro tractors for shunting goods and cargoes. The company was the inventor of the roll-on/roll-off tractor-trailer system - commonly referred to as ro-ro - in the 1960s, setting standards in worldwide merchant shipping and enabling faster loading and unloading of vessels.
MAFI also supplies cargo trailer systems, consisting of tractor, goose neck and cargo trailer, as well as swap body movers and container transporters. MAFI operates a network of agencies and service partners in many countries as a direct and local point of contact for customers.
