Bromma has put more than 7000 fully automatic crane spreaders and rotators into service since the 1960s and an estimated 5000 Bromma crane spreaders are in operation today worldwide. Its spreaders are in use at 97 of the top 100 ports worldwide.
Bromma's technical innovations include the industry's first telescopic spreader, the first twin-twenty spreader, the first 45ft spreader, and the first true lightweight spreader line. The Smart Spreader is the latest in a series of developments that have resulted in spreaders performing exceptionally well in the tough and demanding world of container handling.
Bromma's total quality management program has resulted in Bromma Conquip AB being awarded ISO 9001 certification.
