JSC Baltkran delivers double cantilever container crane to Lithuanian Terminal

Baltkran double cantilever container craneKaliningrad (Russia) – 17 June 2016  A double cantilever container crane with  a capacity of 41 tonnes under spreader has been commissioned according to the schedule on an intermodal terminal in Lithuania near its border with Poland.

The crane, manufactured according to European standards, is able to transfer 20, 30 and 40 foot containers from a wide rail gauge to narrow European one and load them on to trucks.

This is the second crane of JSC Baltkran to handle containers at this terminal.
